The grapes grown in a small vineyard in the municipality of Serralunga are harvested into perforated boxes during the coolest hours of the day. The grapes are not crushed; after the destemming and a short maceration with the skins, they are softly pressed and then fermented in a steel autoclave with controlled temperatures of around 12°-15° C.
The wine has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections, with an intense nose with notes of peach. It is ideal for aperitifs or to accompany sweets and fruit. Best served at 8°-10° C.
