
The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September, placed in perforated baskets for their transport to the cellar. The yield of grapes per hectare is 90 quintals.
The fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 28°C with frequent daily pumping over for 8-10 days. The wine stays in steel tanks for 4 months before stabilisation and light filtration.
Dolcetto d’Alba has a subtle freshness of plum and cherry essence and berries. The effect in the mouth is clean, rich and harmonious. A complex, soft, persuasive wine: ideal for those who love the pleasant harmony of a velvety wine with the exaltation of fruit and aromas.

Bouquet: ripe fruit and cream.
Taste: energetic and persistent, full, black pepper and red fruit.
